What is Laser Genesis?

What does the treatment involve?
Laser Genesis is emitted from a small hand-piece that is hooked up to a larger machine. Your technician will apply goggles for the duration of the procedure to protect your eyes from the laser lights. The procedure itself is completely painless, and will feel like heat on the face. How many treatments will I need?

Am I a candidate for this treatment?
Laser Genesis can be safely performed on all skin types (fair to darker) and is even suitable for sensitive or thin-skinned clients. Laser Genesis is not suitable to have during pregnancy. We may treat breastfeeding clients with doctor’s clearance. Smokers should be aware that smoking compromises the body’s ability to grow new collagen.

The skin must be free from spray tan or tanning creams. Recovery from laser genesis is minimal, and you should be able to resume normal activities immediately. We advise that you use only gentle products for the days following your procedure and apply sunscreen regularly.
